The longest running pottery company was Medalta Potteries. For 40 years it turned out an
incredible variety of products, over 700 different pieces, many of which are prized by
collectors today.A modern turn-key crock ware and white ware pottery plant built at the height of the
depression by The Yuill Family.
Harry Viener took over the Medicine Hat potteries and ran this company until
